内容摘要：自2000年5月1日起，“B”类企业向海关办理进口限制类商品的加工贸易合同备案手续时，海关按合同备案金额应证关税和进口环节增值税税款的50％征收保证金。由“A”类或“B”类管理变为“C”类管理的企业，对原合同项下尚未进口以及未加工复出口部分按税款100％补征台帐保证金。

内容摘要：自本通知发布之日起，凡输往巴西的货物，建议尽量避免使用木质包装，如需使用木质包装的，在货物出口前，出口企业须向当地出入境检验检疫机构报检；出口企业凭出入境检验检疫机构签发的“出境货物通关单”向海关办理出口手续，未办理“熏蒸/消毒证书”出口产生的后果，由出口企业自负。
